O R D E R
% 27.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, New Delhi on 1st February, 2016, therefore, present FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Jasmer Singh of police station Jahangir Puri. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Petitioners and respondents no.2 are related to each other. A quarrel appears to have taken place between them on some trivial matter which had led to the registration of present FIR. Now, they have settled their dispute
amicably.
Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 592/2009 under Sections 325/323/34 IPC registered at police station Jahangir Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
