% 19.12.2017 The respondent has handed over three cheques totalling Rs.12,35,712/- after deducting TDS to the petitioner today in court. Sh.K.S.Ratra, Director of the respondent company, who is present in person in court, undertakes to this court that the said cheques shall be duly encashed.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take steps as per law, in the eventuality of any one of the cheques is returned unpaid. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All the pending applications, if any, are also dismissed as withdrawn. JAYANT NATH, J.
