% 20.10.2016 Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition in view of the circumstance that the parties have entered into a settlement qua the underlying dispute.

The settlement agreement dated 8th September 2016 arrived at by and between the parties has been placed on record. The same is legal and has been entered into without any coercion, duress or pressure. In view of the above, the leave as prayed for is granted, leaving the parties to abide by the terms of the settlement agreement without demur.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
