% 25.10.2016 The learned counsel appearing for the Decree Holder states that the entire principal amount has been paid. DIN 2 and 3 has also been supplied by the Judgment Debtors. The only issues remaining are that of interest amounting to `14,73,013/- and the Bill of Entries. Insofar as the Bill of Entries are concerned, Judgment Debtor No.3 is present in the Court and states that as per his records, Bill of Entries were already handed over to the Decree Holder; he nonetheless would obtain the duplicate copies of Bill of Entries if the details of the same are provided by the Decree Holder.
A sum of `90,000/- by way of cheque has been handed over by the learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor to the learned counsel for the Decree Holder. This is after deducting TDS of `10,000/-. Judgment Debtor No.3 undertakes to this Court that the balance sum of `13,73,013/- shall also
be paid to the Decree Holder on or before 31.03.2017. The Judgment Debtor No.3 also undertakes that the TDS deducted shall be duly deposited with the Income Tax Authorities to the account of the Decree Holder. The Judgment Debtor No.3 is bound down to the aforesaid undertaking. The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of. VIBHU BAKHRU, J OCTOBER 25, 2016 MK
