% 21.04.2017 Crl.M.A. 6545/2017 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Crl.M.C. 1615/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that first opportunity to file the written statement was granted to the petitioner on 18th April, 2016 and the next date fixed was 27th May, 2016 when the Court was on leave. The matter was listed on 19th June,2016 when the petitioner sought further time to file written statement, reply and income affidavit within two weeks. Granting three days time to file written statement, reply and income affidavit, a costs of ₹75,000/- was imposed on the petitioner which was too onerous and thus the petitioner filed an application for recalling of the said order. The said application was kept pending and finally decided on 3rd March, 2017 reducing the costs to ₹40,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the costs of ₹40,000/- is also too onerous. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave
to withdrawn the present petition.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
