Learned counsel for the petitioner/NHAI states on instructions that the three respondents in the present petition have been issued an offer of appointment for the post of Manager (Technical) on absorption basis in the pay scale of `15600-39100 (PB-3) + GP 6600/- (revised to level-11 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC) vide letters dated 22.01.2018. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the respondents No.1 to 3 have accepted the aforesaid offers of appointment. 3.

As a result, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition, which is disposed of along with the pending application with liberty to the parties to press all the legal pleas as taken by them in the other connected petitions.
