It is informed by the learned counsels for the parties that the matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties being Settlement Agreement dated 10.09.2025 and in terms of the settlement, both the appellants and respondent No.3 are to get 50% share in the compensation amount.

A copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 10.09.2025 is on record.

Taking into consideration the fact the matter has been settled between the parties in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 10.09.2025, the application is allowed.

Accordingly, the present appeal being LA.APP. 651/2009 is disposed of as withdrawn as settled.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 10.09.2025.
