This is an application seeking enhancement of the Arbitrator‟s fees. 2.

Evidently, this Court vide order dated 30.11.2016 had fixed the maximum fee that would be paid to the Arbitrator as Rs. 3,50,000/-. 3.

Accordingly, issue notice to the non-applicants/respondents. 4.

Liberty is given to effect service on the counsel as well. 5.

Renotify the matter on 31.01.2019.
