There is typographic error in sub para (ii) of para 6 of the order dated February 28, 2017. The day 'Friday' was actually intended to be Saturday. However, learned counsel for the parties jointly state that the application be disposed of with consent of parties modifying the two directions issued in para 6 of the order dated February 28, 2017.

The application is disposed of directing that sub para (i) and sub para (ii) of the order dated February 28, 2017 be substituted as under :- '(i) On the last Friday of each month, the appellant shall be granted interim custody of the son born to the parties by the respondent at 6:00 PM. The venue would be the entry gate of the building popularly known as 'Signature Tower'. The child would spend Friday evening, Friday night, the whole of Saturday and Sunday night with the father, who would hand over custody of the child to the mother at 11:00 AM on Sunday. The venue where the child would be returned would be the entry gate of 'Signature Tower'. If the child has any assignment to be submitted in school the appellant would guide the child in completing the same.

(ii) On the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month, custody of the child would be handed over by the respondent to the appellant at 12:00 Noon. The place would be the entry gate of 'Signature Tower'.
