% 27.10.2016 Mediation report of non-settlement has been received. On 01.09.2016, Shailja Gupta had appeared and had interacted with Ms Pallavi S. Kansal, Advocate and we had spoken to her in the chamber in the presence of her parents and Ms Pallavi S. Kansal, Advocate. In these circumstances, we do not think that further orders can be passed in this writ petition.
