% 26.09.2017 The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that these matters are to be filed before the District Court on account of the pecuniaryjurisdiction. He seeks to withdraw the present suits with liberty under Order XXIII Rule 1 (3) (6) CPC to file fresh suits before the District Court as per law within four weeks.

Granting leave and liberty as prayed for, the present suits are dismissed as withdrawn.
