After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the captioned petition as Ms. Diya Kapur, who, appears on advance notice on behalf of the respondent says that the respondent intends to move an application for extension of time. 3.

It appears that counsel for the parties are ad idem, vis-a-vis, the aspect concerning extension of time for concluding arbitration proceedings. Having O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 188/2018

said so the respondent has an objection to the jurisdiction of this Court to entertain the application for extension of time. 4.

Given the fact that Ms. Diya Kapur says that the respondent will move an application for the extension of time, Mr. Ciccu Mukhopadhaya has chosen to reserve his arguments qua jurisdiction of this court for another day.
