1. Without entering the controversy whether, in fact, the copy of the appeal filed by the Petitioner on 16th October, 2015 against his dismissal order, was in fact received by the Respondent No.2, the Court directs that the Respondent No.2 will treat the copy filed as Annexure-P1 to the present petition, as the appeal filed by the Petitioner against his dismissal order and proceed to consider it on merits and pass a reasoned order not later than four weeks from today. The same will be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter. If the Petitioner is still aggrieved by the said order, he may seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
2. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
