This writ petition is disposed of with the consent order that the petitioners for the present cannot be granted appointments as there are no vacancies in sanctioned posts with the respondent no. 1/school and therefore respondent no. 1/school will consider each of the petitioners as per their seniority for regularization in case vacancies become available in the sanctioned posts. Counsel for respondent no. 1 also states that any issue of age bar will not be used against the petitioners in case petitioners have to be regularized on the availability of vacant sanctioned posts.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid consent order.
