The plaintiff/appellant has preferred this Chamber Appeal against the order dated 22nd September, 2015 of the Joint Registrar insofar as closing the right of the plaintiff/appellant to file replication to the written statement of defendants No.3&4.

The counsel for the plaintiff/appellant, on enquiry, as to what the plaintiff/appellant needs to plead in the replication, states that the defendants No.3&4 in their written statement have made certain admission which needs to be highlighted in the replication.

If there are any admissions in the written statement of the defendants No.3&4, the same will be read and replication is not necessary for highlighting the same.

In view of the above, the counsel for the plaintiff/appellant withdraws this Chamber Appeal.
