CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE J.R. MIDHA
O R D E R
% 23.02.2016 1.
Vide judgment dated 28th July, 2008 in W.P.(C) 13414-25/2015, the Division Bench directed that whenever the college requires additional hands on daily wage, ad-hoc or temporary basis, first offer would be made to the petitioners and the college would resort to the employment of any other person only in the event of the petitioners refusing the same. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents by public notice (Annexure B), invited applications for filling up the posts of Group-D MTS posts without first offering the same to the petitioners. 3.
The perusal of the advertisement (Annexure B) reveals that the said advertisement relates to the permanent posts and not in respect of daily wage, ad-hoc or temporary basis. In that view of the matter, the advertisement (Annexure B) does not appear to be in violation of the judgment dated 28th July, 2008.
4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents have
made appointments even on daily wage, ad-hoc or temporary basis in violation of the judgment dated 28th July, 2008. However, no particulars thereof have been furnished in the petition.
5.
The petition as well as pending application dismissed. J.R. MIDHA, J.
