M.A. 35130/2018 (for rectification of order dated 27.09.2018) In the penultimate para of order dated 27.09.2018, a typographical error crept in with regard to the particulars of the FIR, the order dated 12.10.2015 passed wherein by the Metropolitan Magistrate had been set aside. In the said para of the order dated 27.09.2018, reference is made to FIR 439/2015 of police Station Hari Nagar which should actually read as FIR 439/2011 of police Station Hari Nagar. Suitable correction has been made in the original order dated 27.09.2018.

The Registry shall upload the corrected order on the website substituting the order earlier uploaded.

This disposes of the application.
