% 23.08.2016 Crl.M.A. 12990/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.C. 3018/2016 The present petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the respondent no.2 by this Court vide order dated 11.07.2016 on the ground that the respondent no.2 has not complied with the conditions of bail.

After hearing the counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered opinion that it is for the investigating agency to move any

such application if the person is not complying with the conditions imposed.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed. However, the investigating agency is at the liberty to approach the Court, if so desires.
