1. The affidavit of service filed by the Petitioner shows that the Respondent has been served. However none appears for the Respondent.

2. The interim order passed by this Court on 6th September 2016 is directed to continue till such time the Arbitral Tribunal varies/modifies it in an application that may be filed by the Petitioner under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 subject to the condition that within a period of four weeks from today the Petitioner will initiate the process for appointment of an Arbitrator.
