It is submitted by both the counsels that the matter has been amicably settled between them in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the suit be decreed in terms of the agreement. Hence the suit is decreed in terms of settlement agreement dated 11.01.2017.

The decree sheet be prepared. As the matter is settled in mediation so the court fees be refunded to the plaintiff, as per rules. Suit and pending IAs are disposed of.
