% 08.05.2018 Learned counsel for the plaintiffs, on instructions of the plaintiffs who are personally present in Court, wishes to withdraw the present suit. He, however, prays that the rent amount deposited by the plaintiffs be allowed to be withdrawn by them along with the accrued interest, if any. Learned counsel for the sole surviving defendant has no objection to the same.

Consequently, the present suit is dismissed as withdrawn and the Registry is directed to release the amount deposited by the plaintiffs along with accrued interest thereon, if any, in favour of plaintiff no.2 by way of an account payee cheque. List the matter before the Registrar General of this Court for return of the cheque on 17th May, 2018.
