Counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled in the mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ('Mediation Centre').

The Settlement Agreement dated 11th May, 2026, ('Settlement Agreement') which bears the signatures of the authorised representative of the petitioner and the respondent, has been placed on record. 3.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement, a sum of Rs.19,80,000/- has to be paid by the respondent in favour of the petitioner in instalments. 4.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 5.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
