Caveat No. 757/2016 in W.P.fO 7620/2016 Mr. S.D. Singh, enters appearance for Caveator/respondent No. 3. Accordingly, the caveat petition is disposed of. CM Nos. 31424-25/2016 in W.P.tC^ 7620/2016 CM Nos. 31436-37/2016 in W.P.fC) 7625/2016 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. These applications are disposed of.
W.P.(C) 7620/2016 & CM No. 31423/2016 tstavl W.P.(C) 7625/2016 & CM No. 31435/2016 (stay) The impugned order dated 12^ August, 2016 shows that the OA No. 831/2012 filed by the petitioners before the Central Administrative Tribunal was dismissed as withdrawn.
Mr. Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this, in fact, is an error and to correct this error, he has filed a review petition before the Tribunal which is likely to be listed shortly. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, in case, the impugned order dated 12* August, 2016 is modified.
We are informed that a connected matter between the same parties is listed before the Tribunal for tomorrow. Both the parties agree to seek an adjournment for two weeks.
Mr. Mukerjee submits that in case, he needs to approach this Court again, leave may be granted to place annexures in one lead matter, so as to enable the petitioner to save costs.
We allow this request of Mr. Mukerjee in the special circumstances and facts of this case. In case, more than one matter is filed, the documents will be annexed in the lead case only.
Accordingly, in view of above, these writ petitions and the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
