% 24.04.2017 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent-DDA to consider the thirty-six members of the petitioner-association for allotment of LIG Flats at Ashoka Pahari in terms of the order dated 29th August, 2005 passed in W.P/(C) 17755/2004.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 09th January, 2017 with the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, Delhi, which is stated to be pending.

Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Lieutenant Governor, Delhi, to decide the petitioner's representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months in accordance with law.
