W.P.(C) 7453/2016 & C.M. No.30646/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that illegal and unauthorised construction has been permitted at property bearing No... Submission is that his earlier writ petition W.P.(C) 6575/2014 had been filed wherein vide order dated 25.5.2014 a Bench of this Court had directed the MCD to take appropriate action against the alleged illegal construction. The averments in the writ petition itself disclose

that partial demolition of the property had taken place. On advance notice learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance. She also submits that partial demolition of the illegal construction has taken place.

Further submission of the petitioner is that illegal construction has been initiated by respondent no.3 in August 2016 but his complaint dated 04.8.2016 to the said effect made to the Corporation has not been addressed.

This petition be treated as the representation of the petitioner. The Corporation shall answer the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and the action taken shall be intimated to him. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
