% 15.12.2016 We have noticed that this matter was first listed on 11th January, 2013 and adjourned at the request of the counsel for the petitioners to 5th February, 2013 when a conditional order was passed directing the parties to file order dated 31st January, 2013. Matter was adjourned to 15th February, 2016.

It was made clear that in case the order is not filed, the Registry would not list the matter.

Thereafter, the petitioners filed an application, being CM No.7327/2014 seeking interim stay which was listed on 29th May, 2014, however, the application was dismissed as not pressed. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called.

The writ petition and all pending applications are dismissed for non appearance and non prosecution.
