O R D E R

% 13.03.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 are neighbours. They have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 419/2015 Under Sections 354/354(B) IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act registered at police station Hazrat Nizamuddin may be quashed. It is further submitted that after investigation charge-sheet has been filed under Sections 354/323 IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act was dropped since respondent no.2 was major. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Deepak of police station Hazrat Nizamuddin.

She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she has no objection in case FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Affidavit of respondent no.2 is also on record at pages 12-13 wherein she has stated that she does not wish to pursue the FIR against the petitioner and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
