Transfer, in exercise of powers under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is sought of Suit No.818/2014 of the Court of Civil Judge (West)-06, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to a competent Court of Civil Judge of District Saket, New Delhi.

Notice of the petition was ordered to be issued. 3.
The counsel for the respondent No.1 DDA draws attention to page 12 of the petition where the suit is described as filed by M/s Engineers Combine & Another against Charan Jit Khanna & Ors. and has contended that the name of the parties in the suit and the name of parties in the memorandum of parties in this petition do not tally. 4.
The petitioner has not filed any copy of the plaint in the suit sought to be transferred.

The counsel for the petitioner has no idea and only seeks adjournment.

A perusal of the order sheet shows a direction having earlier been issued to the petitioner to file copy of the plaint. 7.
The petitioner, inspite thereof has not filed the plaint. 8.
