% 23.08.2016 Ruchika Pandey and Amit Kumar Pandey are present in the Court. We have heard both of them. Ruchika Pandey has stated that she is staying at property bearing number 40A, Third Floor, Kundan Nagar, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.

Ruchika Pandey and Amit Kumar Pandey have agreed that Amit Kumar Pandey will visit and meet Ruchika Pandey on 25.08.2016 at 2 pm. The parents of Ruchika Pandey may remain present at that time. Amit Kumar Pandey can remain there for about three hours and interact with Ruchika Pandey and his daughter.

Further meetings between the parties can take place if both parties so

agree and desire.

The parties have also agreed that they will go to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre from the Court itself. With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of. A copy of this order will be given dasti under the signature of Court Master to counsel for the parties.
