The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.130/2016 registered under Sections 304B/498A/34 IPC at PS Mangolpuri. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. No cogent evidence emerged against the petitioner during investigation and her name was put in column No.11. Chargesheet was filed without her arrest. The petitioner was summoned by the learned Trial Court for appearance for 05.05.2016. 3.

Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the victim / deceased. On 01.04.2016, petitioner's daughter-in-law Usha committed suicide. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted bail and in the event of arrest, she be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in BAIL APPLN. 1716/2016

the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. She shall, however, appear before the Trial Court on the date fixed. 5.

The bail application stands disposed of.
