% 20.10.2016 The status report of the SDMC is taken on record. There are two properties involved. The first property is 260, Hauz Rani. It is stated that after inspection and due process of law, a demolition order was passed qua this property on 31.08.2016. Work stop notice has also been issued.

The second property i.e. property No. 260-A, Hauz Rani was also booked on 15.07.2016 in the shape of ground floor, first floor and raising of columns at first floor without prior permission. Demolition order was passed on 25.07.2016. Work stop notice was also issued. Sealing proceedings have also been initiated under Section 345-A of the DMC Act and sealing order was passed on 30.08.2016. Strict vigil has been kept on the properties. All actions in accordance with law will be continued to be taken by the

Corporation and this undertaking on behalf of the counsel for respondent No. 1 is taken on record.

No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
