After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the appellant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal, that assails an order dated 17.01.2017, dismissing his petition for divorce and allowing the application of the respondent/wife under Section 24 of the HMA Act, with directions to the appellant to pay her a sum of Rs.20,000/- per month with effect from 28.02.2015.

Counsel for the appellant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to approach the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, South, Saket, New Delhi, for seeking review of the order dated 17.01.2017.
