% 13.08.2018 After some hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith, though given liberty to move an application under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) for direction to the investigating police officer to produce before the court all such documents as were handed over to him during investigation by the petitioners.
Further, the petitioners also seek liberty to refer to such material as referred to above and may have been verified and authenticated during investigation by the investigating officer at the stage of consideration of charge.
The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. R.K.GAUBA, J.
