% 19.02.2018 The amended memo of parties has till date not been filed. This petition is premised on a compromise allegedly entered inter se between the petitioner and the complainant and an MOU dated 10.08.2016 had been placed on record. The complainant has never appeared before this Court. The strength and veracity of the MOU cannot be tested. Time and again the petitioner had been granted opportunity to file amended memo of parties to implead the complainant. This is not done. Petitioner does not appear to be interested in litigating the prosecution.

Dismissed.
