% 11.07.2018 CM No. 27067/2018 (for direction to release the rent amount deposited) This application is allowed in spite of the application and prayer clause not making sense. I am noting that really the application is filed by the legal heirs of the deceased respondent to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court by the appellant/defendant, and who was the unsuccessful defendant/judgment-debtor.

The amount deposited in this Court by the appellant be released to the respondent alongwith accrued interest by the Registry within four weeks from today.
