O R D E R

% 05.10.2016 Petitioner seeks interim bail on medical grounds. Report of Medical Officer, Incharge, Central Jail No. 3, Tihar, New Delhi dated 21st September, 2016 has been received.

It is reported that petitioner is suffering from "hemorrhoids" and he is under treatment from Central Jail No. 3 dispensary. It is further reported that despite the treatment only mild improvement in his symptoms was noticed.

Accordingly, petitioner has been planned to be reviewed again at DDU Hospital in Surgery Department on 24th September, 2016.

Latest medical report has not been sent.

It is noted that earlier also medical report was submitted by the Medical Officer, Incharge, Central Jail no. 3 on 13th August, 2016 before the trial court. In the said report also, it has

been observed that despite providing all prescribed medicines by the dispensary of Central Jail, satisfactory improvement was not there in the symptoms of the petitioner.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, interim bail for four weeks is granted to the petitioner, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
