Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is doubtful whether the OMR sheet is his or not, however he is not certain about the same. He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition to take appropriate remedies in law. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
