% 05.09.2016 Petitioner is seeking relief both from SDMC and the BSES. Record shows that the property of the petitioner i.e. the property Shed No.1, Scheme-I, at Phase II Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi has been disconnected qua his electricity and water supply vide communication dated 31.8.2015 (Annexure P5-page 32 of the paper book). Contention of the petitioner is that he could not obtain his fresh electricity connection because the Corporation required him to first submit a sanctioned plan. His last representation made to the SDMC is dated 03.02.2016. Seven months have passed but no action has been taken on his representation. Hence, this petition.

This Court is of the view that no relief can be granted to the petitioner. He is, however, granted liberty to approach the ATMCD who shall consider the representation of the petitioner. Petition disposed of.
