O R D E R

% 11.05.2016 Mr Aggarwal, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl.), on instructions from the IO in the subject FIR, namely, Insp. Subhash Kumar, PS- Sonia Vihar, Delhi, states that after thorough investigation they propose to file a closure report in the present case.

In view of the foregoing the relief prayed for in the present petition, namely, "directing the respondents to investigate the matter in FIR No.415 of 2014, P.S.: Sonia Vihar, Delhi in proper manner and by proper investigating officials/agency", has been rendered infructuous. However, in view of the averments made by the petitioner, who is the mother of the deceased, the IO is directed to file the said closure report under intimation to the former.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press this petition and prays for liberty to proceed against the closure report as and when filed in accordance with law.

Liberty as afore-stated is granted to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
