% 06.09.2016 The report from the Medical Superintendant, AIIMS has been received. From the said report, though it is not clearly borne out that the petitioner's wife requires immediate surgery, the doctors at AIIMS have advised her medication for her medical condition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner has to take admission in Rao Tula Ram Hospital and her surgery is slated for 08.09.2016. Learned counsel submits that in case the surgery is not performed, the petitioner shall forthwith surrender.
In these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of two weeks on the condition that in case the surgery of the petitioner's wife is not performed on 08.09.2016 for any what reason whatsoever, the petitioner shall surrender forthwith. The IO concerned shall verify the position in this regard from the hospital once the surgery, if any, is conducted on 08.09.2016.
At the time of his release, the petitioner shall provide his mobile phone number, which shall be kept in working condition at all times. The petitioner shall furnish his personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. Petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
