% 26.07.2017 Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that the judgment debtor has paid the agreed amount to the decree holder in full and final satisfaction of the decree. He submits that the decree and award dated 11.07.2014 stands satisfied and the title deeds of the judgment debtor have been returned. It is confirmed by the counsel for the judgment debtor that the title deed has been received. Satisfaction of the decree is accordingly recorded. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
