% 24.04.2017 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the representation dated 4.4.2017 is considered by the Chief Security Officer, Baroda House, New Delhi.
In view of the statement, the petitioner would join the transfer posting, subject to consideration of the representation dated 4.4.2017. We hope and trust that the representation of the petitioner would be decided within two months from today. In case, the representation is rejected, it will be open to the petitioner to take initiate appropriate legal proceedings.
