O R D E R
% 05.09.2017 This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.258/2017, under Sections 323/341/308/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Mangol Puri, Delhi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allegations as alleged in the FIR are false and baseless. Counsel further submits that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital and the petitioner is not required for further investigation. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has already joined the investigation and further submits that if at all it is necessary the petitioner is further ready to join the investigation as and when required and prays that the petitioner may be released on
anticipatory bail.
Status report has been filed by the State. Learned APP for the State on instructions from the IO submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
In these circumstances, the petitioner is further directed to join the investigation and in the event of his arrest, the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned with the condition that he shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned Court below and he shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
The present bail application is allowed and stands disposed of accordingly.
