W.P.(CRL) 2470/2016 Petitioner was granted parole for two weeks since his wife was to undergo eye operation on 6th August, 2016 at Base Hospital, Delhi Cantt. It is submitted that petitioner's wife has been operated by the hospital on 19th August, 2016 and she is still in the hospital. Petitioner seeks extension of parole period. Parole period of the petitioner is extended by another two weeks from today on the same terms and conditions.
