This appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 02.07.2016.

Mr Umesh Mishra, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the appellant, says that the appellant had moved the Family Court with a petition under Section 12(1)(a) and Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 [in short, "Act"].

2.1 The record also discloses that the respondent had filed a counter-claim under Section 13(1)(ia) and (ib) of the Act.

Via the impugned judgment, the marriage has been dissolved by allowing the counterclaim of the respondent.
