Kamlesh Kumar, AD & SJ (Central)-17, Delhi. and be further pleased to direct the revival and trial of suit No. 522 of 2008 on merits, in the interest of justice. Any other or further order which this Hon'ble court may deem fit; and proper may also kindly be passed in favour of the appellant."
