The present appeal under Section 96 of the CPC seeks the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble court may be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 18.09.2009, passed by the court of Sh. Kamlesh Kumar, AD & SJ (Central)-17, Delhi. and be further pleased to direct the revival and trial of suit No. 522 of 2008 on merits, in the interest of justice. Any other or further order which this Hon'ble court may deem fit; and proper may also kindly be passed in favour of the appellant."
