% 10.02.2016 Learned counsel for respondent no.3, on instructions from Mr. Sanjiv Sharma, Dy. Director, Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board, submits that the respondent no.3 is willing to hand over the possession of plot no.D9, Kasturba Niketan Complex, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi to petitioner since it has already allotted to her, however, possession cannot be given in view of status quo order dated 20th May, 2015 passed in WP(C) No.5102/2015 titled as Kusum Berry Vs. DUSIB & Anr. It is submitted that immediately after disposal of the said writ petition or vacation of the status quo order,

possession will be handed over to the petitioner. In view of this statement, writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
