% 21.12.2018 The parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 03.12.2018 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi.

The parties were referred to mediation by the Division Bench that was hearing an appeal filed against the order dated 25.05.2017. The Division Bench has also disposed of the appeal in terms of the said settlement agreement dated 03.12.2018.

Accordingly, a decree is passed in terms of the settlement agreement between the parties.

The plaintiff shall also be entitled to refund of the court fees under section 16 of the Court Fees Act.

The suit stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
