The applicant has filed the present application, inter alia, seeking discharge of his surety and release of the fixed deposit receipt that was furnished by the petitioner as a security in terms of the order dated 18.04.2017.

The above captioned appeal has been dismissed and, therefore, the Personal Bond furnished by the applicant; the bond furnished by the surety; and the FDR filed by the applicant, are required to be released/discharged. It is so directed.

Needless to state that the concerned bank shall also release the fixed deposit to the depositor.

The application is allowed.
