% 31.08.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 12th August, 2016 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal by which the prayer made by the petitioner seeking interim relief has been declined.

In this case, the petitioner has approached the Tribunal with a prayer to quash the transfer order dated 4th July, 2016. The matter has been posted by the Tribunal on 15th September, 2016 for hearing. After some hearing in the matter, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits on instructions that the date before the Tribunal be advanced and the Tribunal be directed to finally hear and dispose of the matter on merits.

Heard. We direct the respondent-Union of India to file reply latest by 8th

September, 2016. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed by the petitioner by 13th September, 2016.

Since the issue involved in the present case is rather narrow, we request the Tribunal to make an endeavour to hear and dispose of the matter on 15th September, 2016, the date already fixed. No adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties as agreed.
